The BRD implementation process starts with an overall project objective, outlining:
- what we look like now
- what we will look like when completed

The overall project is then broken down in to sub-projects that deliver the business results, with each of those sub-projects being implemented at a time determined by the client.
Importantly, after completion of each sub-project and delivery of certain business results, time can be taken to review and re-evaluate the challenges and opportunities being addressed ... this is important because these things change.

Select the first sub-project on the basis of effort vs outcome.
