If your systems are not fit for purpose, if they are blocking your operations rather than enabling them, if they are experiencing problems and we’ve not explained how to remedy them ... that’s our fault ... and we’d expect you to want to walk away from our relationship.


We therefore offer both ad-hoc or retainer-based systems monitoring, administration and support, covering your networks, your server systems (whether on-prem, cloud or based in a data centre) and all the way to your client access devices.

 

We’re only a phone call away

Our team are based in Sydney.
We do not outsource and we do not use overseas call centres.
Your systems will be supported by the people who implemented them.

All clients of Remex are supported by the entire Remex team.
Multiple people will have intimate knowledge of your business, your systems and your objectives.

We are literally a phone call away. For matters that you do not consider to be urgent, you could alternatively email us. You’ll also have access to our mobile phone numbers, in case you want to talk to a specific person.

Reactive

Dependent on the nature of an issue, we will provide:

  • telephone - if we can quickly and easily talk you through it
     
  • remote control - if it makes sense that we show you what/how to do something on your system
     
  • on site - when things get serious, we will be there for you
